For ALL programs, unless otherwise specified in the program description, there will be NO refunds 45 days prior to the start of the program.
A minimum of $45 admin fee will be retained for any refunds (Unless otherwise specified in the Program description)
If you wish to transfer your player to another program a $45 admin fee will be charged.
COVID-19 - Please note that a $45 admin fee may need to be retained whether a program runs or not. There are numerous costs associated with running programs, costs that go beyond ice contract and instructors. The retainment of this fee will assist in covering these expenses.
July 3 Update - Please note that we are unable to process any refunds for summer camps without a doctors note. If your child is unable to participate due to potential COVID complications or they are ill themselves, please obtain a Doctor's note with your child's name indicting they are unable to participate and a refund will be processed, minus the $45 admin fee.
Should your player need to leave prior to the start or during a program due to illness, Impact will manage these situations on a case by case basis.
