Refund & Cancellation Policy

Admin Fee (All Programs)
A minimum $50 admin fee will be retained for ALL cancellations or transfers.
Program-Specific Cutoffs
  • XMAS Clinics: No refunds 30 days prior to the start of the program.
  • Summer Programs: No refunds after May 31.
  • Summer Full Day Camps: A minimum $75 admin fee will be retained for any cancellations.
  • Spring Ringette: No cancellations after February 15.
Facility & Schedule Changes
Registrants should be aware that changes to times, dates, and/or locations may occur due to facility disruptions. Programs may be adjusted to ensure sessions run smoothly (including combining groups when necessary). You will be notified if any of these situations arise.
