           U16 AA/A 7:00-8:15pm

         Skaters $200 +admin fee +GST

This Ringette Skill Development Program is designed to enhance both individual and team-based offensive and defensive skills for players of all levels. Through a mix of drills, game simulations, and focused practice sessions, players will build fundamental skills while advancing to more complex tactics that improve gameplay both on and off the ring.

This program aims to build well-rounded ringette players who are confident and skilled in both offensive and defensive situations. With a strong focus on teamwork, communication, and situational awareness, players will develop the technical and strategic capabilities needed to perform at their best during games.
