Total of 15 Group sessions + 24/7 access to the Gym for additional individual training

Groups: Registration Open to Players registered for U16 Gold- U21 Gold
Players will be put into groups based on age and fitness level
** If 2 groups fill, a 3rd will be added and players will be grouped based on Division (age)
Cost: $450 + admin fee + GST
Summer program will be released soon which will include:
- 11 group sessions (Beginning of July to Mid August) * 2 group sessions per week + 24/7 access to the gym
- 1 Ice time per week (5 on 5 Scrimmage)
* Registrants of the Spring Session will have first rights to the Summer Session
