Join our comprehensive ringette goalie program designed to hone your skills both on and off the ice. Our program covers essential elements tailored specifically for goalies.
Dryland Training: Improve your agility, strength, stretching and endurance with our structured dryland sessions. These workouts are crafted to enhance your overall fitness, focusing on goalie-specific movements and exercises to elevate your performance.
Mastering footwork is crucial in ringette goaltending. Our training includes drills and techniques to enhance your foot speed, lateral movements, and positioning, empowering you to cover the net effectively. Additionally, we will cover, angles, goalie ring, tracking and more.

For ALL programs, unless otherwise specified in the program description, there will be NO refunds 45 days prior to the start of the program.
A minimum of $45 admin fee will be retained for any refunds (Unless otherwise specified in the Program description)
If you wish to transfer your player to another program a $45 admin fee will be charged.
Summer programs - NO refunds after June 1st.
Summer programs - A minimum of $75 admin will be retained for any cancelations from Full Day Camps.
Spring Ringette - No Cancellations after February 15th
Registrants need to be aware that potential changes to times, dates and location may occur due to facility disruptions. Programs may be slightly altered or adjusted to ensure the program runs smoothly. This may involve combining groups. You will be notified if any of these situations arise.
